Prepare before operation:

3, check the heating wire is broken or deformation;
Operating procedure
1, Power on and set machine
1, increase clockwise, counterclockwise means reduce.
2. Change the print date to the current date.
3, open the plug in 220V power supply, open the power switch, fan switch, heating switch.
4. Set the sealing temperature to 180 degrees, the hot stamping
temperature to 140 degrees, the motor speed to medium speed 3, and the
printing distance to the left.
2, test and regulation
Use waste bags to test the sealing effect, date position, and clarity.
According to the test effect, adjust the sealing temperature, date
position, ink wheel temperature.
8c Bag thickness sealing temperature is 180 degrees, 10 c
is 190 degrees, 12 c is 200 degrees; hot printing temperature is between
120 degrees and 160 degrees, when the boot is 140 degrees, later
adjusted according to clarity, if still not clear, replace the ink
wheel.
3, normal use after adjustment is completed, if you find that you can
not achieve the effect in use, then check the power supply, heating
wire, high temperature tape, if found problems promptly notify the
professional repair.
4. After use, turn the heat sealing temperature knob counterclockwise to open the minimum switch. Unplug the power plug, isolate the power supply, and then arrange the power cord.
